KNOWN ISSUES

Quests
Enedwaith - Many of the quests offered at Lhanuch do not advance the deed 'Mysteries of Enedwaith' when completed. There are more than enough quests in the region to complete the deed, however.
Shire - "Many Happy Returns" - If you one-shot Lobelia the Toad, you will not get credit for the quest. Take it easy! (This happens mainly with players significantly over the quest’s suggested level.)
Epic Book - V1B2 - Chapter 5 - "Retake Weathertop" - All members of the fellowship must be on the correct quest to enter the instance.
Dardur, the Rune-keeper trainer in Gondamon, is offering the Rune-keeper class quest "Deep Secrets of Rune-craft" to all players. However, only Rune-keepers will be able to complete this quest.
Players with the ”Old Bloodtusk” or “Stolen Treasures” quests already active when Volume III, Book2 launches will not be able to complete the quests, as they have been removed; please cancel them to remove them from your tracker.
Crafting - Consignment quest completion text speaks of using a key on a container. This is no longer necessary as the player is given a gift box now.
Consignment quest gift box rewards are unique. Please open and consume any existing gift boxes before completing the quest again.

Champion
The weapon legacy “Critical Damage Multiplier” is not affecting 2nd and 3rd attacks from all skills which have more than one attack.

Rune-Keeper
The “Frost Burn” trait will cause “Writ of Cold” to reduce damage caused by “Writ of Fire”.
The “Rune of Restoration” will very rarely fall through the floor/ground. Find a flat surface to cast if this occurs!

Traits & Deeds
Deed acceleration tomes are incorrectly accelerating kill deeds in the Ettenmoors.
The “Cleansing Fires” trait Line is not decreasing power cost on skills.
Many non-slayer type deeds have an 'Accelerate' button which links to the Store; however, these deeds cannot be accelerated through the Tomes of Deed Acceleration.

Instances
"Dol Guldur Tower" - When using DX10, the Fell beast may occasionally disappear, even though he is always present.
Fil Gashan - The Chief Guard's Uniform disguise is removed upon using a door.
Great Barrow - The Maze - The Barrow Wight-Caller will reset during phase 2 if players who have threat against the worms through Heal over Time or Damage over Time abilities are defeated, retreat, and return to the fight. The worms will attempt to attack the returning player and will cross the reset threshold, resetting the fight.
Great Barrows – Thadur, the final boss in Great Barrow, is very difficult in the lower level instances.
Haudh Iarchith - Some bosses within this instance respawn slower than intended and some creatures are stronger than intended.
Helegrod - While in a raid group, only the first quest completed will count towards deed advancement. Any subsequent quests completed will not count.
Items
The following items do not change color after dying. Warning: Your dye will still be consumed!

Session Play
When leaving a Session Play event, please use the System Menu option. Leaving through the portrait option performs the induction but does not remove the player from the event.

Shared Storage
Bound items placed in Shared Storage will continue to take up space if the character becomes locked.

LOTRO Store

Free Players who upgrade to Premium or VIP Account status, may need to log completely out of the game then back in for the status upgrade to appear on their accounts.
Many items purchased in the Store will not create an item inside the inventory but will be automatically consumed or bestowed upon the character. Please be aware of this when purchasing items!
Hunter Guide skills, purchased from the LOTRO Store, are not useable while mounted.
Warden skill items, purchased from the LOTRO Store, are not auto-consumed while mounted.
Minstrel Skill items are not auto-consumed while mounted.
Ancient Dwarf Shield-spike kits do not work if another Shield-spike kit is in effect.
Closing the Store window while a purchase transaction is taking place will cause Turbine Points to be deducted but the item(s) will not be delivered. To get the item(s) delivered, another purchase must be made. Please do not close the Store window until the purchase process has fully completed!
Crafting Recipes - Items bought from the Store should have a special icon border; however, it is difficult to notice on store-bought recipes.
If the Store is having slow performance issues, do not continue to attempt purchasing as this could lead to multiple purchases. Wait for your purchase to arrive before attempting to purchase again.
In your shopping cart, clicking "Remove" followed too quickly by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" can cause an error. This can be resolved by closing the Store and re-opening, or waiting for the item to be removed before proceeding to checkout.
Occasionally newly purchased virtue slots will give an error when attempting to slot a virtue to it. If this occurs, please log out and log back in.
Once purchased, recipes will not be filtered out and will remain purchasable. Please be careful not to make multiple purchases of these recipe items as they will still only be usable once per character.
The top menu bar of the LOTRO Store will be cut off if you open the Store while running in 800x600 resolution.
Using symbols (-%&*#, etc.) when searching for items in the Store will result in an error.

World Join
Many Mines of Moria and Siege of Mirkwood instances incorrectly show a percentage for the Skirmish Mark portion of the Travel Now UI when accessed through their respective doors. No marks drop in these instances.
Many of the classic instances do not show the correct information on the Travel Now UI.

Wardrobe
You will not be able to cosmetically equip an item you do not have proficiency for if you have previously worn it as another class
