Explaination of Build :
On Dexterity: Dodge is based of Dexterity as well as Intelligence, so this improves this builds % chance to dodge. Also, the Dexterity allows this build to hit, consistantly, in the mid 80s for melee damage which is very important because procs do not always go off.

On Intelligence: Some people will think that the Int on this build is too low for a proc'r. The procs (oblivion and Poison) hit in the 500s and the Vamp hits around 300. This is more than enough; not depending soley on proc's makes me feel better about the build and so far I have been impressed with the results.

On Constituiton: 130 Con and the Con gear gives this build 3800 hps and 900 stam. I dont think I have ever run out of stam in a fight because of UAC powers.

Dodge: At 138%, this build has a 46% chance to dodge melee attacks and 35% chance to dodge spells. The cost benefit of more dodge at this point is not very good and thus it shall stay there.

Unarmed Combat and Mastery: As these focuses stand, this build has 1300 Attack Rating. With a GM Defense Debuff and a 20% Blind This build can hit anything.

Blind: As seen above, 10 points is a 20% Blind. Considering the other factors, 30 training points for another 20% is not worth it.

Steel Breath: 10 points is a 30% snare. I chose this over Trip because its 10 less trains for the same snare and castable. The damage is just a little extra.

Shadow Touch: 9 second stun on Unarmed Comabt...'nuff said

I am very happy with this build overall, I may consider taking Undead Hunter for no real reason except that I wanted to type something down here.
